Panos Milias
Holder of Bachelor in Statistics and Master in Business Administration (MBA) in Athens University of Economic & Business, in which he spent a semester in Erasmus University in Rotterdam. He started his career in Market Research as an Account Executive in IRI’s Client Solution department for almost 2 years, servicing big FMCG customers.
Since January 2006, he belongs to Nestlé Hellas’ human resources, taking many and different assignments. He started in Market Research department, as a Market Research Specialist and then in Confectionery, whereas as a Senior Brand Manager, he handled many important brands (Crunch, Kit Kat, Nesquik, Smarties, Nestle Dessert).
In 2012, he moved to Communication department as a Digital Media Manager, building both external (communication to consumers) and internal (employee’s capabilities) digital culture of Nestlé Hellas. In these years, he developed the Greek Digital Acceleration Team, being responsible for total Media and Community Management of all Nestle categories in Greece and implementing many awarded campaigns together with the Marketing Teams. Additionally, he led many initiatives towards Digital transformation and innovation, like Nestle Noiazomai e-cRM and Nestle Ignite Ideas Open Innovation program.
Finally, since 2014 he is member of the Hellenic Advertisers Association (SDE) Digital Team, organizing many Digital Sessions for the industry and since 2021 he has been elected at the Βoard of Directors of the Association.
